Overview
Michael McArdle is an associate attorney in the Civil Litigation department at Cohen Cleary, P.C., where he has practiced since joining the firm in July 2025. Michael represents individuals and businesses in employment matters, personal injury claims, consumer protection actions, and a broad range of civil litigation matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Michael assists clients with probate-related issues, including guardianships, conservatorships, and the appointment of personal representatives. Across all areas of his work, he is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity, preparation, and steady, results‑oriented advocacy. Michael’s approach to representation is grounded in strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on understanding each client’s goals at the outset of a matter.
Outside the office, Michael enjoys reading, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, watching documentaries, and spending time with his partner, friends, family, and his many pets.
Experience
Before joining Cohen Cleary, Michael gained valuable experience through internships with the Brockton and Taunton Superior Courts under the guidance of Judge William White, where he observed judicial decision‑making firsthand and developed meaningful insight into courtroom practice. He also interned with a Providence-based firm concentrating on personal injury and medical malpractice, supporting attorneys in high‑stakes litigation and client‑focused advocacy.
