Clients turn to Attorney Jack Zachary for clear, decisive guidance—whether navigating a government investigation, responding to a defamation challenge, managing an employment dispute, or pursuing relief in fast-moving emergency proceedings. Jack represents individuals, nonprofits, and businesses in a wide range of civil and administrative matters, including commercial litigation, Title IX proceedings, consumer protection, and wage and hour issues. He also works with organizations to strengthen compliance through tailored sexual harassment and workplace discrimination prevention training.
A graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, Jack served as a teaching assistant in Legal Research & Writing and Constitutional Law, contributed to the NUSL Law Review, and twice competed as a member of the ABA Moot Court Competition Team. He gained valuable judicial experience through internships with both the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
