Laura daRosa is a Partner at Cohen Cleary, where she serves clients in the Family Law, Litigation, and Fiduciary departments. With a comprehensive practice spanning all areas of family law and fiduciary litigation, Laura handles a diverse array of cases, including complex divorce, custody, guardianship, conservatorship, and estate matters. She regularly represents clients in Probate and Family Court, providing full-service case management from initial filing to trial.

Laura has extensive experience in managing:

  • High-stakes asset division, including trust interests, business ownership, and executive compensation disputes
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
  • Child custody conflicts involving domestic violence, substance abuse, reunification challenges, and Guardian Ad Litem investigations
