Overview
Rachael Wright is an associate attorney concentrating on probate and family law, where she helps individuals and families navigate some of life’s most personal and complex legal matters with clarity, care, and precision. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with pending admission in Florida.
Rachael’s practice includes contested and uncontested probate proceedings, estate planning, and family law matters. Rachael works closely with opposing counsel to pursue efficient, mutually agreeable resolutions, when possible, while remaining a strong advocate for her clients’ interests when litigation is necessary.
In addition to courtroom representation, Rachael advises clients on estate planning matters, including health care proxies, durable powers of attorney, and trusts, and manages probate accounting cases.
Rachael earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she graduated in the top nine of her class. While in law school, she served on Law Review as Conference Editor, was Vice President of Finance for the Student Bar Association, and held multiple academic leadership roles, including Property Teaching Assistant, Academic Fellow, and Research Assistant. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Before practicing law, Rachael built a diverse professional background spanning real estate, business operations, technology, and client-focused service roles. Her experience as a licensed real estate agent and systems administrator gives her a practical, business-minded approach to legal problem-solving. Rachael approaches her practice with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, striving to ensure her clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of their legal matter.
