Overview
Samantha Feldman joined Cohen and Cleary in February of 2026, bringing almost a decade of experience in mental health and elder law matters. Her passion for this work was sparked by the Elder Law Class at Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Feldman interned at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court with the Honorable Judge Kagan, the Greater Boston Legal Services Family Law Unit, the Greater Boston Legal Service Cambridge Elder Law and Mental Health Unit, and a small Cambridge family law firm.
Prior to joining Cohen Cleary, P.C., Samantha was an associate attorney at Massachusetts law firms where she concentrated her practice in the areas of Guardianship, Conservatorships, Medicaid, and Nursing Home Law. She is excited to continue this work with Cohen Cleary, P.C., and help some of our state’s most vulnerable residents get the assistance they deserve in their golden years.
