Prior to joining Cohen Cleary P.C. as an Associate, Attorney Rogers worked alongside in-house counsel at a major utility company handling a variety of issues including administrative orders, collections, easements, liens, and corporate law.

Attorney Rogers received his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2020, where he graduated cum laude. He also graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in 2016, during his time there he served as an officer for his fraternity Alpha Phi Omega.

During law school, Attorney Rogers served as a Research Assistant for a law professor where he helped in the researching, drafting, and publishing on research papers, law review articles, and book chapters concerning topics such as, divestment of fossil fuels from endowment funds, technology transfer at universities, law school specialty rankings, and mobility in the legal academy. While in law school Attorney Rogers also researched and wrote a research paper titled, Adapting the U.S. Patent System to Accommodate A.I. Produced Inventions.

Attorney Rogers is licensed to practice law in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Courts of the State of Rhode Island.
