Laura daRosa is a Partner at Cohen Cleary, where she serves clients in the Family Law, Litigation, and Fiduciary departments. With a comprehensive practice spanning all areas of family law and fiduciary litigation, Laura handles a diverse array of cases, including complex divorce, custody, guardianship, conservatorship, and estate matters. She regularly represents clients in Probate and Family Court, providing full-service case management from initial filing to trial.

Education and Background:

Laura completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, where she double majored in Philosophy and Political Science. During her studies, she actively volunteered, tutoring minority children in math and science and assisting at a local food shelter.

In 2013, Laura earned her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. While there, she externed with FINRA, investigating and enforcing regulations for broker-dealers. This experience reinforced her commitment to protecting vulnerable individuals, particularly elderly clients at risk of financial exploitation.
