Michael McArdle is an associate attorney at Cohen Cleary, P.C., where he practices in the Civil Litigation department. He handles matters in areas including, but not limited to, employment law, personal injury, consumer protection, and other miscellaneous civil disputes.

In 2021, Michael graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts – Boston with a degree in Business Management, specifically concentrating in Leadership & Organizational Change as well as Marketing. While at UMass, Michael was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Society and was a recipient of the Marketing Concentration Award and Leadership & Organizational Change Concentration award.

Michael then went on and earned his J.D. cum laude from New England Law | Boston in 2024. Michael was on the Dean’s List for his entire tenure at New England, a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program, and a recipient of both the New England Scholar Award and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Estate Planning. During law school, Michael was fortunate to have had the opportunity to intern with the Brockton and Taunton Superior Courts under the guidance of Judge William White, in addition to his internship at a Providence-based firm focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice.

Michael is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. His commitment to providing dedicated and zealous legal representation is his main driving force. He is always striving to provide thorough and compassionate advocacy for each and every client.

While outside the office, Michael enjoys spending time reading, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, watching documentaries, and hanging out with his friends, family, and many pets.
