Tyler Tyack, Esq.

Attorney Tyack is an Associate in Cohen Cleary, P.C.’s Taunton Office. Before coming on as an Associate in 2024, Attorney Tyack worked as a Law Clerk for Cohen Cleary, P.C. for one and a half years.

Attorney Tyack earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in Dartmouth Massachusetts. During his time at UMass Law, Attorney Tyack immensely enjoyed taking Contractual Drafting and Contracts related courses. During his Comparative Law course, Attorney Tyack wrote an in-depth comparative analysis of both Irish and British national security laws spanning from the end of the Troubles to present day. Parallel to his academic studies, Attorney Tyack also served as a Student Representative for the Class of 2024 in the Student Bar Association as well as the Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association for two terms.

Attorney Tyack earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University’s Armstrong Campus in Savannah, Georgia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology. During his time at Georgia Southern, Attorney Tyack served on the Student Conduct Board for three years, where he served as a student voice in deciding academic and personal conduct related cases and sanctions involving students enrolled at the university. Attorney Tyack also served in numerous roles in Georgia Southern’s student government, including Attorney General.

Though a native of the North Shore of Massachusetts, Attorney Tyack is proud to call the South Coast of Massachusetts his home. Attorney Tyack is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
