Bryan Texiera, Esq.

Attorney Texiera is an Associate in the Taunton office of Cohen Cleary, P.C. Prior to joining Cohen Cleary, P.C. as an Associate in 2022, Attorney Texiera worked for Cohen Cleary, P.C. as a Law Clerk for two and a half years.

Attorney Texiera earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. During his second year of law school, Attorney Texiera served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing. During his final year of law school, Attorney Texiera spent a semester representing small businesses and non-profit organizations in southern Massachusetts in UMass Law’s Community Development Clinic. Attorney Texiera also researched and wrote a comparative law paper discussing the challenges of obtaining convictions for operating under the influence of marijuana in Massachusetts, Colorado, and Nevada. Attorney Texiera is also a recipient of the Hoff Scholarship.

Attorney Texiera earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science with a focus on American Politics and Policy. During his time at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Attorney Texiera researched and wrote papers on Major League Baseball’s arbitration process as well as an examination of factors that can influence decision-making in the judiciary. During his time at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Attorney Texiera was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the university’s Chapter of the National Political Science Honor Society, Phi Sigma Alpha. Attorney Texiera was also a member of one of UMass Dartmouth’s social fraternities, Phi Kappa Theta and is currently a member of their alumni association.

Attorney Texiera is licensed to practice law in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
