Jack Zachary, Esq.

Attorney Zachary started his career at Cohen Cleary, P.C., and worked as an associate from 2018-2021. He rejoined the team in October 2024 to help lead the firm’s growing civil litigation department and is responsible for all stages of civil matters from intake to post-judgment collections and appeals. He has worked on cases large and small, from assisting clients with denials of government benefits to representing members of a statewide class of employees in a wage and hour case in the MA Federal District Court.

Attorney Zachary graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law (“NUSL”), where he served as a teaching assistant for two first-year courses: Legal Research and Writing and Constitutional Law. He was also a staff member of the NUSL Law Review and two-time representative of NUSL at the annual ABA Moot Court competition. Attorney Zachary served as judicial intern at the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Attorney Zachary earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut, where he double majored in Political Science and Human Rights.

Attorney Zachary was admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts in November 2018, and Rhode Island in January 2021.
